Braehead Lunch & Leisure Club Welcomed to Parliament

Clydesdale MSP, Aileen Campbell welcomed the Braehead Lunch and Leisure Club to the Scottish Parliament this week for a tour and chance to watch First Minister’s Questions.
The group were taken on a tour of the parliament, then enjoyed a refreshment break and a chance to rest their legs before watching First Minister’s Questions. Afterwards they met Aileen in the debating chamber where she answered questions about FMQs and the work of a MSP.
Speaking at the Scottish Parliament, Aileen Campbell said:
“It was my pleasure to welcome the Braehead Lunch & Leisure Club to the Scottish Parliament this week. They are a very active group and I am glad they the opportunity to visit.
“The Parliament is designed to be open and accessible as possible, and I’m always pleased when groups from Clydesdale visit.

Commmenting, President of Braehead Lunch & Leisure Club, Margaret Gibson said:
“The Braehead Lunch & Leisure Club had a very enjoyable time at the Scottish Parliament.
“We all enjoyed the tour, FMQs and having the chance to meet Aileen in the debating chamber and hearing more about how it operates and her work as MSP for the area.
